Culinary Concepts by Elsa was established by Chef Elsa Amador in 2004. Elsa is a classically trained chef and a graduate of The French Culinary Institute, as well as The Art Institute of New York City.
She has had the opportunity to train with some of the top catering industry leaders, and prior to launching her own catering company worked as a private chef for many athletes, celebrities and entertainers. Elsa's passion and creative gift has allowed her to create a very diverse culinary menu to please every palate, concept, and budget.
